Cancellation Policy
All fares due at time of service unless prepaid in advance. Please read the following terms carefully: 1. Accepted Payment Methods: - Cash - Credit/Debit Card (via Square or Zelle) -Mobile Payments (Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay) 2. Prepayment -Prepayment is required for long distance trips (20+ miles). 3. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made atleast 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. 4. Late Payments - Payment is required before the passenger exits the vehicle. - Failure to pay at time of service may result in refusal of future rides and collection efforts. 5. Reciepts - Digital reciepts available upon request via email or text.
